In this interactive workshop -filled with examples, hands-on activities, and visual materials- researcher Marc Beltrán will explore how the food we eat leaves traces in our biofluids, such as sweat, urine, and blood, and what these can reveal about our health as true biochemical mirrors of the body.
Participants will learn how nutrients travel through the body and how they are reflected in different biofluids, combining science, curiosity, and engagement.
