 ctivities\, and visual materials- researcher Marc Beltrán will explore ho
 w the food we eat leaves traces in our biofluids\, such as sweat\, urine\,
  and blood\, and what these can reveal about our health as true biochemica
 l mirrors of the body.\nParticipants will learn how nutrients travel throu
