This Friday the 6th, PhD candidate Zacharia Waithaka, from the PhD Programme in Nutrition and Metabolism and member of the MoBioFood research group, will defend his doctoral thesis focused on the project Gut Barrier Function in Weaning Piglets, developed in collaboration with IRTA.
Zach has extensive experience in the field of veterinary science, having gained hands-on experience in animal nutrition, livestock management, and veterinary support.
