Tarragona Sescelades Campus Facultats de Química i Enologia

On the morning of February 7, a total of 25 students (listed in the attached document) will sit the theoretical examination of the 16th Catalonia Biology Olympiad at the Tarragona venue, specifically at the Faculty of Chemistry and the Faculty of Oenology of the URV.
Based on the results of this examination, the best candidates will be selected to become finalists and will advance to the practical examination, which will take place on February 12 at the Faculty of Biosciences of the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
The attached PDF document contains the detailed programme of the event. In addition to the examination, students will have the opportunity to attend a lecture delivered by Dr. Miquel Mulero, entitled "Postprandial state, fasting and exercise: metabolism in real life".
Furthermore, information about the Biosciences degree programmes offered by the Rovira i Virgili University will be provided, allowing students from the participating secondary schools to become familiar with the available academic options.
