Jiaqi Ni is currently a Ph.D. student in Nutrition and Metabolism at Universitat Rovira i Virgili, supervised by Professor Jordi Salas Salvadó, Professor Nancy Babio Sánchez, and Dr. Stephanie Nishi. Her doctoral research investigates the associations between dietary factors, gut microbiota, and cognitive function in the field of nutritional epidemiology, within the ANUT-DSM group of the Department.
