DESCRIPTION:This event wants to bring together students and professionals\,
  devoted lovers\, winelovers\, wine amateurs and amateurs of other ferment
 ed beverages and/or derivatives. All of them together in an environment of
  talks on the biotechnology of wine in all its aspects (microbiology\, oen
 ological technology\, viticulture and health). Two days of talks and a pre
 -mentoring mentoring day for students in the field. In addition\, differen
 t leisure activities and visits are proposed\, with the aim of enjoying th
 e most social aspect of wine and encouraging personal relationships.
