DESCRIPTION:On May 14 at 5:00 p.m.\, the Intercultural Food Symposium will 
 take place at the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Science
 s.\n\nThis activity is part of a URV teaching innovation project linked to
  the first-year course Foods of the Bachelor&#39\;s Degree in Human Nutrit
 ion and Dietetics\, organized by the Department of Biochemistry and Biotec
 hnology in collaboration with faculty members from the FMCS.\n\nDuring the
  event\, students will present some of the best projects developed through
 out the course on foods from around the world\, explored from nutritional\
 , technological\, and sociocultural perspectives. The aim is to promote a 
 more intercultural understanding of food and to create a space for dissemi
 nation\, discussion\, and reflection on food diversity.\n\nThe event is op
 en to students of the course and the degree programme\, as well as to the 
 general public interested in food and interculturality.\n\nWe look forward
