DESCRIPTION:On Monday\, November 24\, 2025\, at 11:00 a.m.\, in the Graduat
 ion Hall of the Faculty of Enology\, Muzahir Hussain Hussain will defend h
 is doctoral thesis\, carried out at the MoBioFood research group\, in coll
 aboration with the Institute of Agro-Food Research and Technology (IRTA)\,
  and supervised by researchers Esther Rodriguez and Joan Tarradas from the
  respective centers.\n\nMuzahir has been enrolled as a PhD student develop
 ing the project &quot\;Assessment of the immunomodulatory effects induced 
 by probiotic strains (as an alternative to antibiotics) on the regulatory 
 mechanisms of inflammation and tolerance in birds (IMMUNO-FEED)&quot\; wit
 hin the MoBioFood group. His research focuses on intestinal inflammation\,
  intestinal immunity\, and the use of probiotics as an alternative to anti
 biotics\, topics that are excellently reflected in his thesis.\n\nWe invit

 ults of his work!
