XXI Congress of Food Microbiology
From 17 to 20 September 2018
URV Tarragona – Campus Catalunya and Paranimf (Rectorat).
It's a biannual congress in which New Trends in Microbiology of Foods will be reviewed, bringing together researchers in this field at the state level. The program consists of thematic conferences, poster sessions and thematic sessions. In the sessions will be developed, among others, emerging technologies in food safety and microbiology prediction of risk, and above all the beneficial aspects of microorganisms and probiotics, and such current issues as the interrelationship between different microorganisms or marine-derived food microbiology.
